The present study aimed to model the dynamics of the smart military university system and provide a comprehensive framework for these institutions. Using a systems dynamics approach, the interaction between key variables, including transformational command, investment in advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence on education, and organizational barriers, was analyzed. The findings of the study show that transformational command improves the quality and efficiency of military education by facilitating technology adoption and strengthening digital infrastructure. In addition, investment in technologies such as artificial intelligence, in addition to developing smart infrastructure, also brings challenges such as information security, academic fraud, and organizational resistance. In addition, the impact of smart technologies on military education is prominent, especially in improving the efficiency and adaptability of educational systems. By providing a comprehensive framework, this study provides a tool for macro-decision making and designing operational plans in line with the development of smart military universities and can help formulate effective policies in this area.
