Abstract
Objective: Driven by the imperative to transition from reproduction-oriented to creation-oriented organizations within defense frameworks, this study develops a creativity training model tailored for military universities. It specifically investigates the fundamental constituents governing the manifestation of creativity in such specialized environments.Adopting a convergent mixed-methods design, this applied, descriptive-analytical study integrates both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The study sampled 165 experts from a total population of 290 specialists in creativity training and military sectors. Data were gathered via researcher-developed questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, with quantitative analysis conducted through SPSS.The findings reveal that creativity in military education is a multidimensional and systematic phenomenon emerging through a causal-process paradigm. The proposed model encompasses six pivotal dimensions: (1) Causal conditions, including traditional method inefficacy and technological shifts; (2) Contextual conditions, focusing on innovative problem-solving capabilities; (3) Core phenomena, such as organizational climate and creative leadership; (4) Strategies, involving pedagogical innovation, delegation, and psychological safety; (5) Intervening factors, encompassing structural and bureaucratic impediments; and (6) Outcomes, specifically enhanced resilience, operational readiness, and organizational agility. The study concludes that fostering creativity within military paradigms necessitates the holistic management of intervening barriers and the deployment of transformative strategies to facilitate the evolution toward agile and creative organizational structures.
