نقش شرکت‌ نظامی و امنیتی واگنر در بحران سوریه

چکیده

مقارن با بیداری اسلامی در برخی از کشورهای منطقه غرب آسیا و شمال آفریقا، در سال 2011 کشور سوریه با بحرانی داخلی مواجه شد که به‌سرعت گسترش یافته و نظام منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی را به‌چالش کشید. شرایط مهم جغرافیایی و راهبردی سوریه و گسترش سریع بحران، زمینه مداخله بازیگران منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی را در این بحران موجب شد. کشورهایی همچون آمریکا، روسیه، ایران، ترکیه و... هرکدام درراستای منافع و اهداف خود به ایفای نقش در این بحران پرداختند. درکنار حضور کنشگران دولتی، آنچه که در صدر توجه و گزارش‌های محققان و رسانه‌ها قرار گرفت، حضورشرکت‌های نظامی و امنیتی روسی در سوریه بود که علی‌رغم اهمیت آنها در بحران، نقش این کنشگران مبهم به‌نظر می‌رسد. پژوهش حاضر قصد دارد با مطالعه حضور شرکت واگنر در بحران سوریه به واکاوی نقش این شرکت‌ نظامی‌ و امنیتی در بحران‌ سوریه بپردازد. در همین راستا این مقاله درصدد پاسخگویی به این پرسش است که شرکت‌ نظامی و امنیتی واگنر چه نقشی در بحران سوریه داشته‌ است؟ این مقاله با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و با استفاده از اسناد کتابخانه‌ای و اینترنتی به بررسی فرضیه پژوهش پرداخته است. نتایج حاصل نشان می‌دهد شرکت‌ نظامی‌ و امنیتی واگنر با ارائه خدمات تهاجمی در مرحله گسترش بحران سوریه، علاوه بر تسهیل حضور نظامی روسیه در سوریه، موجب افزایش خشونت بحران، افزایش عدم تجانس، افزایش نظامی‌گری در بحران و همچنین افزایش تعداد کنشگران فعال در بحران شد که مجموع این عوامل نشانگر تشدید و پیچیده‌تر شدن بحران سوریه است.

چکیده English

Simultaneously with the Islamic awakening in some countries of West Asia and North Africa, in 2011, Syria faced an internal crisis that spread rapidly and challenged the regional and international system. Countries such as the United States, Russia, Iran, Turkey, etc. each played a role in this crisis in line with their interests and goals. Along with the presence of government actors, what was at the forefront of attention and reports by researchers and the media was the presence of Russian military and security companies in Syria. Despite their importance in the crisis, the role of these actors seems ambiguous. The present study aims to examine the role of this military and security company in the Syrian crisis by studying the presence of the Wagner Company in the Syrian crisis. In this regard, this article seeks to answer the question: what role did the Wagner Military and Security Company play in the Syrian crisis? This article examines the research hypothesis using a descriptive-analytical method and library and internet documents. The results show that the Wagner military and security company, by providing offensive services during the expansion phase of the Syrian crisis, in addition to facilitating Russia's military presence in Syria, increased the violence of the crisis, increased heterogeneity, increased militarization in the crisis, and also increased the number of active actors in the crisis, which all of these factors indicate the intensification and complexity of the Syrian crisis.
