Hope-building, as one of the basic needs of societies and organizations, plays a pivotal role in promoting social capital. From the perspective of the Supreme Leader, hope is not only an individual psychological state, but also a macro strategy for the progress of society and the creation of a new Islamic civilization. Accordingly, the present study aimed to present and validate a conceptual model of organizational hope-building based on the statements of the Supreme Leader in order to examine the main dimensions of this concept and its role in Iranian organizations. This study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical (survey) in terms of method. The statistical population included employees of government organizations, and 384 people were selected as samples using a stratified random sampling method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on six conceptual dimensions (religious faith and belief, national self-confidence, organizational resilience, coping with media despair, forward-looking management and responsibility, and human capital). Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and structural equation modeling in AMOS software were used to analyze the data. The findings showed that all independent dimensions of the study have a positive and significant effect on "organizational hopefulness". Among them, responsibility and human capital (β=0.30) and faith and religious belief (β=0.27) had the greatest effect, while coping with media despair (β=0.15) showed the least effect. The model fit indices were also within the desired range (CFI=0.94, GFI=0.91, RMSEA=0.056). These results indicate that the proposed model has theoretical and empirical validity and can be used as a practical framework for strengthening hope and motivation in Iranian organizations.
