Quality of work life and job engagement are important factors in the efficiency of military personnel and related to their jobs. Paying attention to the increase of these two categories in the military environment is important and necessary and can be effective in the life and job satisfaction of military personnel from their work and the performance of the unit. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of survey method. The statistical population of employees working in a military organization and the sample size were selected using the available random sampling method (150 people). The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed in terms of form and content and the Cronbach's alpha method. The findings showed that quality of work life was based on the items; fair payment of wages, social dependence, safe and healthy work environment, possibility of developing individual capabilities, and the amount of growth opportunities for employees in relation to job engagement. The results showed that the dimensions of fair payment of wages, social dependence, safe and healthy work environment, increasing individual capabilities, and the amount of growth opportunities for employees have a positive and significant relationship with job engagement. To the extent that the above factors are improved, we can witness an increase in the job engagement of military personnel. This can be improved by providing the necessary training, meritocracy, paying attention to salaries and benefits, and improving the working environment.
